Ecuafact: Manage your Electronic Invoices
Ecuafact is a free Android application developed by Ecuanexus. It allows you to receive and manage all your electronic invoices from the SRI of Ecuador in one place without the need to print them. To start, you need to register to create your Ecuafact mailbox. Then, you can forward your electronic invoices containing the XML and PDF files to your Ecuafact mailbox. Ecuafact processes your documents, and you can categorize them by type of deductible.
You can receive notifications when invoices arrive, and you can consult your list of processed and non-processed documents. The application also allows you to filter and categorize your invoices by type of deductible and generate reports by type of expenses. You can view the details of your electronic document, visualize the PDF and XML files and forward them to another email address. The app is easy to use, and it helps you to manage your finances more efficiently.
